Build update May 2010 - updated images coming soon...

We are delighted to say that both Blocks A and B have been constructed.  Blocks A and B are only days from completion and we are delighted with the workmanship and quality at The Pines.  We will be asking some of our purchasers for Testimonials as to the standards they have purchased at The Pines and the expectation that we have built not just a building but 'a community' for our own generation to appreciate and for future generations to equally enjoy a 'home from home' in Turkey

We have upgraded significantly from our original plans and done so much extra work that in the long term will be better for buyers.  First quality tiles have been purchased for the walkways and beautiful first quality travertine has been placed around the pool area.  We have upgraded the flooring to luxurious stone floors, we have added a private water tank for the development, extra roof insulation, piping has been laid to ensure we are ready to connect direct to the Council sewage system when it reaches us (most other developments will have to pay for this in the future).

The stone floors are finished the bathrooms/wetrooms have been tiled.  

Quality windows have been inserted and are now fully fitted.

Railings have been fitted and the swimming pool is fully tiled and ready to be filled.

 We are expecting to complete in June subject to Council conditions and contractors delivering on schedule.

Views from all apartments are spectacular and even surpass what we had expected.
