To maximize your rental and re-sale opportunity choose areas within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants and choose a complex with a communal pool.

If you can afford it, buy a two-bedroom rather than one-bedroom property as the re-sale market is larger for two-bedroom properties.

A good-quality two bedroom apartment on a complex with a pool in a good area is the best investment.

Make sure that you buy the best property on the project, in other words, the apartment with a sea view or facing the pool.
